Growth Minds is a trading name of Great Minds Consulting Pty Ltd (ACN 646 392 038), the same company that trades as Great Minds. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Great Minds Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as Growth Minds. This policy applies to the Personal Information we collect, including through our website growthminds.studio.

Studio walkthrough and pilot form

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your name, work email and company, which are required. If you choose to give them, we also collect your role, the platforms you use, what you need help with, whether you are interested in a studio walkthrough or a pilot, and your message. We use these details to reply to you and to arrange the walkthrough or pilot you asked about.

Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and use it to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@growthminds.studio.

Information sent with a form

With every form you send, we also record the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. We use them to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to check that a form is being sent by a person. To do this, Turnstile processes information about your browser and device. Cloudflare’s handling of that information is covered by the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Where form details are kept

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The details you send through our forms are stored in a database on Cloudflare’s platform and sent to our team by email.

Analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools.

Sensitive information

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information will be used by us only:

• for the primary purpose for which it was obtained;
• for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose;
• with your consent; or where required or authorized by law.

Third parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances, we may be provided with information by third parties.
